materials such as wastewater, antifreeze, filters, non-haz solids and/or
parts cleaning service. Transporters are also included.

For companies/agencies who are suppliers/vendors to recyclers of used
oil and related materials. Also included are base oil manufacturers,
jobbers, end users (industrial burners), individuals, trade associations,
international companies, generators, and used oil furnace manufacturers.
