NORA Member Valicor Named to Top Workplaces List for Sixth Year

The Cincinnati Enquirer named Valicor to its 100 Top Workplaces in the Ohio Valley for 2015. Valicor was named to the list for the first time in 2010 and has been a Top Workplace for six years in a row.
DEXTER, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the sixth consecutive year, Valicor has been named as one of the Top Workplaces in the Ohio Valley by The Cincinnati Enquirer and Cincinnati.com. The Cincinnati Enquirer recognized 100 companies as Top Workplaces in 2015 and Valicor is one of only ten companies to be named to the list six years in a row.

Valicor was named to the list based strictly on employee surveys developed by topworkplaces.com. The surveys are formulated to measure the organizational health of a company as it relates to employee well-being. Companies that are designated as Top Workplaces have a high level of organizational health and are known to have a positive company culture and a strong, vibrant workforce.
A letter of congratulations from United States Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio was also received by Valicor. Senator Brown complimented the company for being named one of the Top Workplaces in the Ohio Valley and praised Valicor and its employees for their hard work and commitment to strengthening their community.
