NORA Announces Formation of EH&S Forum
Environment, Health, and Safety leaders to discuss industry topics each month, first meeting to be held April 12, 2012

Haymarket, Va. (March 27, 2012) - NORA has announced the formation of its Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Forum. EH&S leaders will meet each month to discuss environmental and safety topics related to the liquid recycling industry.

"NORA members have a long tradition of coming together and sharing information,” said Scott D. Parker, NORA Executive Director. "This is particularly true with EH&S issues. NORA members are unified in protecting the environment and ensuring the health and safety of their employees. We think this free program will go a long way to bolster collaboration by EH&S members in the industry.”

The first EH&S Forum discussion will be held on Thursday, April 12 at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern). Todd Forry, H&S Director at Trihydro Corporation in Laramie, Wyo., will lead the group’s inaugural discussion entitled, "Preparing an Effective Job Safety Analysis (JSA).”

NORA members are encouraged to provide their EH&S contact to NORA at or 703-753-4277 so that they will receive regular updates about the EH&S Forum.
